What if I need a mix of the meal plans?

  • If you are vegetarian and gluten free, we would suggest going with the Gluten Free Version and just making swaps for the proteins. Example, tofu instead of chicken.
  • If you have hypothyroidism & also vegetarian, we would suggest choosing the hypo plan and making the necessary protein swaps. Example, tofu instead of chicken.
